The Scottish Terrier Club of Chicago's next meeting!
Sunday, August 19, 2007 from 1-4pm, is
our next meeting. Marilyn Manning, AKC certified on our topic, will speak on
"Canine Good Citizen".

Sit Politely for Petting
Appearance and Grooming
Out for a Walk
Walk Through a Crowd
Sit and Down on
Command/Staying in Place
Come When Called
Reaction to Another Dog
Reactions to Distractions
Supervised Separation
Let Pat know if you will be testing
your Scottie. Marilyn Manning will send you the required forms that are
needed to be filled out before the August meeting. Mail the filled out
forms immediately to Pat and she will coordinate with Marilyn as to
the number of members participating in the CGC testing.
Since the event is being held
outdoors, dogs are welcome. Members can make it
into a picnic affair and bring their lunch, chairs or blanket. They should bring
water and x-pens for the dogs. No flex leashes allowed. If you need anymore info
