The Scottish Terrier Club of Chicago's next meeting!
The next meeting of the STCC
will be held on Sunday, October 28, 2007, from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM at the
Animal Care and Reproductive Services,
6142 S Cass Ave., Westmont IL, 60559 (630) 968-1251.
There
will be a general club meeting at 1:00 PM and then the festivities will begin
at 1:30 PM.
Due
to difficulties from the August Meeting, we will be offering the Canine
Good Citizenship testing before this meeting, from 12 to 1PM, and again
after the costume parade.
Animal Care and Reproductive Services is
on Cass Avenue, just north of 63rd Street. Click here for a map.
This is our annual HOWL-O-WEEN
party and again this year, is with the Westie
Club of Northern Illinois, and one of the most anticipated events on the STCC
calendar, second only to the June specialty show.
All dogs and their owners are encouraged to come in costume
and participate in the CONTESTS and GAMES. Don't forget your cameras!!
Both Scotties and Westies will have their respective WAYS
AND MEANS tables.
Chairs provided by the facility are limited. It is
advisable to bring a chair and have it available if needed.

We have had some wonderful
costume ideas over the last several years so get your creative juices going and
dress those Scotties, Westies, and yourself & bring your cameras!
This year the Westie Club will provide the
refreshments while we plan the gaming activities.
